How we started
From the Inside Out
Advanced Talent was founded by Danté, a senior HR and people leader with 20+ years of experience — including 12+ years leading multi-site and multi-state HR teams across corporate, nonprofit, and professional services settings. She built Advanced Talent because too many organizations lack access to the kind of strategic HR partnership that actually moves the needle.
As a trusted partner to executive teams, Danté has spent her career building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening culture, and aligning talent strategy with business goals. Her work spans labor and employee relations, workforce investigations, change management, HR operations, and data-informed decision-making.
